Quick Recipe: Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

Look, it’s rare that I eat breakfast and I’m sure there are plenty of moms that can relate. Smoothies are the best way to show my body I care. Here’s a smoothie that is sweet and energizing for any morning. Oh did I mention, it only took 10-15 minutes to make and I think its vegan. 🙂

Imani Chanel

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Pineapple Chopped
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • 3 Cups Blueberries
  • 3 1/2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 cups of ice

Measurements may not be exact. Eyeball it sis.

When my youngins’ enjoy a smoothie without knowledge of the veggies then I know I have succeeded. It’s all about balance baby! Today’s smoothie was definitely a win. Let me know what you think.
